Raymond Yu - President, CEO and COO
Mr. Raymond Yu, has more than 36 years of executive management experience in the areas of Information Technology and Engineering operations, business strategy,
financial management, and entrepreneurial growth including 20 years of commercial I.T. and Network experience with fortune 100 companies such as IBM, American Express, Pepsi-Cola and Sterling Drug. After working for KPMG managing a hi-tech Management Consultant group, Mr. Yu founded W R Systems, Ltd. (WRSystems), a company built on a strong foundation of teamwork, quality focus, and above all else, a commitment to the customer's needs. Mr. Yu is a graduate of New York University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Brad Golden - Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Golden brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Executive Vice-President and CFO, providing a high level of financial and adminstrative expertise and oversight to all initiatives performed by the company. Mr. Golden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Management from the University of Massachusetts. Previous positions include Vice-President of Applications Development at Data Focus, and Manager of Operations Research & Internal Automation Information Systems at the Chase Manhattan Bank.

Dave Edwards - Senior Vice-President & Director of Engineering Services Division
Mr. Edwards is Senior Vice-President and Director of Engineering Services Division at WRSystems and is focused on supporting both the federal and non-federal communities' systems engineering needs. Upon completion of his military career, Mr. Edwards held project manager positions involving critical Inertial Navigation and other systems. In 1996 he was invited to charter the creation of the Engineering Services Division of WRSystems as Director of Engineering. A member of the CIVIC class of 2005, Mr. Edwards was recently invited as a standing board member to Chair the Old Dominion University (ODU) Batten College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) Advisory Board. Mr. Edwards serves on the Advisory Board's Executive Committee and is Director of the Education Working Group for the Hampton Roads Technology Council (HRTC). He is a charter Advisory Board member of the Virginia Modeling Analysis and Simulation Center. The recipient of the Governor's Technology Award in 2002, he enjoys membership in the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Greater Norfolk Corporation, Hampton Roads Maritime Association, Tidewater Association of Service Contractors, Institute of Navigation, (ION), Navy League, and the Joint Services Data Exchange (JSDE) for guidance and control where he is a recurring session chair. |

Gregory Black- Vice-President & Director of Surveillance Technologies Division
Mr. Gregory Black brings more than 20 years of federal and private sector weapon system program management experience to WRSystems. Upon graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Engineering, Mr. Black accepted a commission in the United States Air Force serving as an Acquisition Programs Officer and Auditor. He served on the Air Force Chief of Staff's Project Forecast II Study (long-range weapon system requirements roadmap) and managed the Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program. Upon completion of military duty, Mr. Black entered Federal Civil Service as an engineer with the Naval Space Command performing several functions including command logistics engineer, Space System Branch Head, managing communication, multi-spectral imagery and radar programs, and Program Manager for the Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar (ROTHR). Mr. Black has extensive experience in international cooperative research and development and project management. He joined WRSystems in 1997 working a diverse customer base including the U.S. Navy, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the U.S. Coast Guard. |
