Life Cycle Logistics

Ensuring cost-effective availability of critical systems

To support the acquisition strategies and maintenance philosophies of our customers, WR develops logistics products, such as Allowance Parts Lists (APLs); Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) for Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) entry; Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RM&A) Analyses; Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs); Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs); Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Certifications; Provisioning Technical Data; and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) recommendations.

In addition, our experts are certified Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Level I and II to develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) procedures in accordance with MIL-P-24534A for PMS planning.

The WR Training Team provides a variety of technical training products, including Job Task Analyses (JTA), Training Needs Analyses (TNA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs), and course curriculums. Our staff includes Instructional Systems Design (ISD) specialists, classroom trainers, and numerous Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).  They are supported by photographers, videographers, and graphics artists.

WR provides classroom instruction at our facilities or at the customer site, shipboard and ashore, locally and internationally, as well as Computer-Based Training/Web-Based Training (CBT/WBT).

Mini Stock Point and Product Support

Force readiness and sustainment solutions for the fleet

WR’s Mini Stock Point (MSP) serves as the Government customer’s commercial stock point for 178 pre-established National Stock Numbers (NSNs). This ensures inventory of radio and navigation equipment is on-hand and available to ship directly to the fleet when required, preventing critical equipment shortages, as well as downtime. We receive, screen, inventory, control, store, and deliver this radio and navigation equipment.

WR provides Product Support on individual contracts, repairing radio and navigation equipment to make it functional for issue to the fleet. We are well known for expeditious repairs that extend the life cycle of essential systems.
