We have on-site, environmentally-controlled, long-term warehouse storage space, and our Government property management system is Defense Contract Material Administration (DCMA) approved.

ITAR and EAR Compliance

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Compliance.

WR is committed to international trade compliance in accordance with all relevant laws and directives. We are registered with the Department of State (DoS) Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) as a provider of defense articles and defense services. Each shipment of hardware and each transfer of technical information is carefully evaluated to facilitate exports with the appropriate classifications and documentation in accordance with ITAR and EAR.

We coordinate all export shipments directly with commercial carriers and file our own Customs’ documents electronically via the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). All inbound shipments are coordinated through brokers and commercial carriers to import in the most cost-effective and timely manner. Both export and import shipments are tracked daily to ensure that delays and other issues can be mitigated at the earliest opportunity.
