WR has significant and distinct expertise in all facets of systems engineering and support. We have decades of proven performance developing solutions for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT); Geospatial Information & Services (GI&S); unmanned systems; radar signal processing; geospatial navigation; readiness and sustainment; and electronics repair and testing.
OUR HISTORY
A rich heritage of success and innovation
1983 - 1995
WR's story began in 1983 with developing custom software applications for such notables as Rolex and Mercedes. Over time, we expanded into the government marketspace and evolved into a comprehensive engineering and technical services firm.
1996 - 2008
In 1996, WR stood up our Norfolk division to support critical projects for NIWC Atlantic and the ROTHR Program Office (RPO). We have continued to support these same customers and their missions for decades, while also growing into a large business.
2009 - 2015
WR expanded our client base to include DoS, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, MARMC, US Army, US Coast Guard, NATO, and NGA, as well as Fortune 500 companies, major shipyards, allied nations, and several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
2016 - 2019
Over the last few years, WR has grown exponentially, and expanded our Norfolk campus to include six facilities, three warehouses, eight labs, and a manufacturing space.
2020
Today, WR continues to thrive and grow, bringing distinct expertise in PNT, GI&S, radar signal processing; unmanned systems; readiness and sustainment; and electronics repair and testing to enable our customers’ success.
