In the event the instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled class, students will immediately be notified via email, and every effort will be made to place the students who have registered and paid for the course in another WR scheduled class of the same or equivalent content on a different date.

In the event the registered student is unable to attend the WR scheduled class, a cancellation request must be emailed directly to your Course Instructor.

Cancellations made 5 or more business days prior to your scheduled class will result in WR Systems refunding 50% of the tuition, or apply the full tuition cost towards the same or equivalent content on a different date.
