Hilary Benoit is Director of Quality at WR Systems, with oversight of Quality Management and Business Process Improvement. She has a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University (USA), and post-graduate certificates in Education; Quality Management; and Human Factors and Applied Cognition.

As a software engineer and database designer in both the UK and the US, Hilary has over 30 years’ hands-on experience of the software and systems development lifecycles, including Project, Technical, and Quality Management. She has more than 20 years’ experience of teaching computer courses in the UK and USA at college-level and further/continuing education level, including programming, database design, accessible web development, logic, and systems analysis.

Hilary is a certified CMMI Lead Appraiser; CMMC-AB-approved Registered Practitioner (RP); and a Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems with IRCA and Exemplar Global.  She is a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt, Webmaster, and a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Manager of Organizational Excellence (CQMgr/OE), and Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) with the American Society of Quality (ASQ).

For over 15 years, Hilary has supported CMMI appraisals and assessments for organizations with diverse methodologies –  including Agile –  and specializes in the implementation of Management Systems which meet an organization’s business objectives, while seamlessly integrating multiple required industry standards and models, such as CMMI, CMMC and ISO 9001:2015.

She has presented papers and workshops at International conferences with topics on CMMI, ISO 9001:2015, Software Testing, and Quality Management; and is the co-author of a book on Web Design. She won a New York Oracle Users Group Editor’s Choice Award for her paper ‘Integrating Quality Assurance into the Software Development Life Cycle.

Edmond “Ed” Frost is a Quality Control Manager for WR Systems with more than 35-years of proven expertise in management, quality, process improvement, operational planning, information technology, oceanography, meteorology, and instruction/training.

As a retired US Navy Officer and experienced Project Manager, he is a uniquely talented consultant with experience in multiple engineering and software development environments. A NY state certified teacher; Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems; and an ISACA-certified CMMI® Instructor, Ed provides specialized and quality-related training, assessments, and consulting services, including Information Technology and Security Audits, NIST 800-171 Assessments, and ISO 9000 QMS Audits.

Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Education, and three separate Master’s Degrees in Marine Environmental Science; Meteorology and Oceanography; and National Security and Strategic Studies.

His solid background as an educator, teaching math and science at University level for over 20-years, has contributed to his proven success as a CMMI® Instructor and to the success of his students.

When not working, Ed is a firm supporter of Sustainability Matters, VA, a non-profit group in the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, which educates and promotes community involvement through conservation and sustainment of native wildlife, both in the wild and the backyard.
