This course provides a detailed overview of the concepts contained in CMMI and the business value that this model provides.  It presents a high level overview of the CMMI Appraisal Method. It comes bundled with the CMMI Associate Exam, a requirement for anyone who is going to participate in an appraisal as an Appraisal Team Member.

Building Development Excellence.

This course builds on the Foundations course and provides instruction on how to use CMMI Development to build capability in developing or engineering products by providing a detailed view of the domain’s practice areas.
