Building Organizational Capability
The Building Organizational Capability course aids participants in developing and engineering products, delivering and managing services, selecting and managing suppliers, managing data, managing people, and managing safety and security activities.
The course comes with One Exam Credit to take the Certified CMMI Practitioner Exam, a requirement for anyone who is going to participate in an appraisal as an Appraisal Team Member.

- This course is intended for anyone interested in improving business performance and wants more than the basic introduction taught in the two day Foundations of Capability course.
- Anyone planning to be an Appraisal Team Member (ATM) for any of the eight CMMI domains.
- If your goal is to get a basic understand of CMMI or to refresh your knowledge before taking the CMMI Associates Exam to renew your CMMI Associates Certification, we recommend taking the two day Foundations of Capability course.

Please note that active participation is required throughout the entirety of the course in order to receive completion credit.
