Foundations of Capability
The Foundations of Capability course provides a detailed overview of the concepts contained in CMMI and the business value that this model provides. It presents a high level overview of the CMMI Appraisal Method. It comes bundled with the CMMI Associate Exam, one of the requirements for anyone who is going to participate in an appraisal as an Appraisal Team Member.
